Welcome to Sunshine By The Sea! This home has proven itself to be a great vacation for families. New owners have brightly freshened this home with new furnishings for a great vacation stay! There are plenty of activities inside and outside for a great vacation! Two common areas plus a game room provide enough space for everyone to enjoy their favorite activities and that's just inside! The pool is such a bonus! Not many front beach homes have all of this and a pool! The pool can be heated at a cost of $50 per day. For any day when outside temperatures are 50 degrees or below pool will not be heated.
The kitchen is spacious and equipped for several cooks to prep for meals alongside each other and still see the ocean views. There is plenty of room to spread out on the main level for meals and just relaxing! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on this main floor.
Downstairs the feel is all about fun! The game room has plenty of options - a pool table, ping pong table, tabletop shuffleboard/bowling and a TV to watch the game! The game room opens out to the pool and grill area. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on the ground level also.
IMPORTANT: Folly Beach has strict rules about noise and events that can result in violations and fines. NO EVENTS are allowed at this house. This is in a residential neighborhood we ask all guests to be respectful of the neighbors who live here year round and respectful of our beautiful beaches.
This home also has 2 Ring doorbells and security cameras on the street side, side and pool side of the home.
